Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below:

Insofar as this is necessary for the processing of a contractual relationship with you in accordance with Art. 6 Para. lit. b DSGVO, your personal data will be passed on to third parties. A data transfer to third countries (countries outside the European Economic Area - EEA) only takes place if this is necessary for the execution of our contractual obligations or if you have given us your consent or if this is otherwise legally permissible. In this case, we take measures to ensure the protection of your data, e.g. through contractual regulations. 2. voluntary or mandatory

In order to carry out a lawful selection procedure - and thus in particular to assess your suitability, qualifications and professional performance with regard to the vacant position (cf. Article 33 (2) of the German Basic Law) - we require certain personal data about you. If you do not provide this personal data, this may mean that we cannot consider you for the vacant position.

The storage of your e-mail address serves the purpose of being able to send you the newsletter. We store the respective IP address and the times of registration and confirmation in order to prove your registration in accordance with the law and, if necessary, to be able to clarify a possible misuse of your personal data. Alternatively, you can also inform us of your wish to do so at any time using the contact options provided in the data protection declaration and on the websites.

The cookies used on our website are so-called "session cookies". The "session ID" generated by a session cookie makes it possible to assign various requests from your web browser to the current session and to recognize your terminal device when you return to our website. Session cookies are deleted when the current session ends.

The use of cookies serves the proper operation of the website and the provision of basic functionalities for the use of the website. In the above purposes lies our legitimate interest in data processing. The legal basis for the use of cookies is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
