We collect and process your personal data insofar as this is necessary to be able to fulfil the contractual agreements made with us (Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 DSGVO).

2. recipients of the personal data

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below:

Insofar as this is necessary for the processing of a contractual relationship with you in accordance with Art. 6 Para. lit. b DSGVO, your personal data will be passed on to third parties. This includes in particular the transfer to external companies (suppliers and service providers such as postal and IT software service providers) used by us for the performance of the contract. The data passed on may be used by the third party exclusively for the purposes stated.

3. transfer of data to organisations in third countries

A data transfer to third countries (countries outside the European Economic Area - EEA) only takes place if this is necessary for the execution of our contractual obligations or if you have given us your consent or if this is otherwise legally permissible. In this case, we take measures to ensure the protection of your data, e.g. through contractual regulations. We only transfer data to recipients who ensure the protection of your data in accordance with the provisions of the DSGVO for transfers to third countries (Art. 44 to 49 DSGVO).

2. voluntary or mandatory

In order to carry out a lawful selection procedure - and thus in particular to assess your suitability, qualifications and professional performance with regard to the vacant position (cf. Article 33 (2) of the German Basic Law) - we require certain personal data about you. If you do not provide this personal data, this may mean that we cannot consider you for the vacant position.

3. recipients of the personal data

Your personal application data will be passed on to the relevant personnel managers and the management.

4. duration of the storage of your personal data

In the event of an unsuccessful application, we will delete your personal application data no later than six months after you have been rejected; application documents will be destroyed in this context.

In the event of a successful application, we will include your personal application data in the personnel file to the extent required. The retention of documents in personnel files is based on the legal requirements.

3. data collection and processing when receiving the newsletter

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified e-mail address and agree to receive the newsletter. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to ensure that the newsletter is sent with your consent.

Newsletter2Go is used as newsletter software. Your data will be transmitted to Sendinblue GmbH. Sendinblue is prohibited from selling your data and using it for purposes other than sending newsletters. Sendinblue is a German provider that was selected by us in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Federal Data Protection Act.

You can find more information here.

The storage of your e-mail address serves the purpose of being able to send you the newsletter. We store the respective IP address and the times of registration and confirmation in order to prove your registration in accordance with the law and, if necessary, to be able to clarify a possible misuse of your personal data. Alternatively, you can also inform us of your wish to do so at any time using the contact options provided in the data protection declaration and on the websites.

4. cookies

The cookies used on our website are so-called "session cookies". The "session ID" generated by a session cookie makes it possible to assign various requests from your web browser to the current session and to recognize your terminal device when you return to our website. Session cookies are deleted when the current session ends.

The use of cookies serves the proper operation of the website and the provision of basic functionalities for the use of the website. In the above purposes lies our legitimate interest in data processing. The legal basis for the use of cookies is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
